Quick verdict
Best for: Best for sessions matching a 55-by-20.1-inch belt, 67.7-by-32.9-by-55.1-inch frame, 46.5-by-32.9-by-55.5-inch folded envelope, 0.6–12 mph speed, 186.6-pound machine, and 300-pound limit; the official page publishes grade in degrees rather than a normalized percent range. Measure room and accept the model-specific compromise first.
- Buy if you will use both incline and decline and the 55-inch belt fits your stride Verify model, URL, warranty, and delivery at checkout.
- Skip if you only walk, need easy relocation, or would not use the added grade range A simpler alternative may fit better.

Editorial assessment
Who this product is for
Sunny Excel SF-T723017: It adds decline and a longer 20-inch belt to Sunny's 12 mph class; current grade is published in degrees, so the catalog percent conversion is not promoted Judge it by fit and room, not the category label.
By Codex (GPT-5.6 Luna; source review)
Main advantages
Published facts: a 55-by-20.1-inch belt, 67.7-by-32.9-by-55.1-inch frame, 46.5-by-32.9-by-55.5-inch folded envelope, 0.6–12 mph speed, 186.6-pound machine, and 300-pound limit; the official page publishes grade in degrees rather than a normalized percent range. They screen stride, capacity, and motor versus user workload. Strongest case: decline training is a deliberate part of the program rather than a feature you may never use.
Main limitations
Tradeoff: It adds decline and a longer 20-inch belt to Sunny's 12 mph class; current grade is published in degrees, so the catalog percent conversion is not promoted A simpler 12 mph treadmill delivers the same practical sessions for less money and mass Specs do not predict noise, feel, cushioning, reliability, or service.
Space, fit, and setup
Measure the footprint in a 55-by-20.1-inch belt, 67.7-by-32.9-by-55.1-inch frame, 46.5-by-32.9-by-55.5-inch folded envelope, 0.6–12 mph speed, 186.6-pound machine, and 300-pound limit; the official page publishes grade in degrees rather than a normalized percent range plus operating clearances. Check doors, stairs, ceiling, outlet, and placement; folding changes geometry, not weight.
Fit, setup, and ownership cautions
$999.99 was listed on the exact Sunny product page. The exact manufacturer page supplied an approved direct offer; live checkout availability is not asserted. Verify configuration, delivery, warranty, returns, and maintenance; retain receipt and model identity.
Consider instead
Compare with Sunny SF-T723016 or SF-T725067 Platinum. Use belt, storage, speed, price, and service terms; never substitute another generation.
Research basis
Primary basis: Sunny's exact SF-T723017 page supplied the belt, dimensions, folded measurements, speed, degree range, weight, and capacity; it did not state the legacy normalized percent range. Manufacturer-spec assessment only; hands-on feel, durability, and service remain unmeasured.
